摘要
The reaction of spiroepoxycyclohexadienones 1 with TMSCN in the presence of catalytic amounts of Bu4NCN results in the formation of two diastereomeric cyanohydrins. Alternatively, the reaction of I with equimolecular amounts of Bu4NCN gave rise to products arising from two other different reaction paths. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
