摘要
The reproducible contact line deposits from evaporating drops on cDNA microarrays were studied. The ring deposition generally occurred in evaporating droplets and can be suppressed if the initial concentration is very high or if the droplet contact angle is very small. The reproducible cDNA spots on microarrays demonstrated that ring deposition is convention-dominated.
