摘要：

Thermocouples were inserted into the bearings of extrusion dies to record the temperatures of aluminium profiles while passing the bearing. The measurements showed that the temperature of the aluminium increases along a die bearing, also the temperature is higher in the middle of a strip compared to at the corner of the profile. In hollow profiles the temperature is higher on the inner surface of the profile than on the outer surface.
