摘要
The pyroelectric and dielectric properties as well as the hysteresis loops for NaNbO3 single crystals were investigated. All the results obtained give evidence for the possibility of a ferroelectric state induced by an external electric field. This state disappears at ca. 280 degrees C. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A.
