摘要
CNT@MoS2 nanotubes were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by HRTEM, EDX and XRD. The results demonstrated that the MoS2 layers coated on CNTs have a well-developed crystalline structure. CNTs can provide a topological and structural template for the nucleation and growth of the tubular MoS, layers. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
