摘要
In the present studies, CdXZn(1-X)S nanoparticles have been prepared by chemical capping method Optical absorption, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy studies have been carried out. Size of the nano particles have been calculated from the XRD and optical absorption data. These studies indicate towards a kinetically controlled growth of nano particles. The growth of the Cd(X)ZP((1-X))S nano particles is also affected by the action of the capping agent. (C) 1999 Acta Metallurgica Inc.
