摘要
Virtual processing in punching and laser cutting of thin metal sheet is tried with a software named IGRIP. Estimation for processing time for both process by virtual machine agrees well with the real processing time. Using newly developed scheduling simulator, several optimum sequences of parts in job shop type production can be found out besides the sequence selected by Johnson's rule. Extended Johnson's rule, which can treat set-up time and plural lot size, is introduced.
