摘要
A mathematical model was found to represent the enzyme yield (Y) as a function of pH (X-1) and temperature (X-2): Y = 36.89 + 10.83X(1) - 12.17X(2) - 6X(1)X(2) - 17.24X(1)(2) - 13.24X(2)(2). The optimum values for pH and temperature to attain the maximum b-xylosidase recovery (42%) were 3.3 and 24 degrees C, respectively.
