Erbium-doped fibre lasers for dual wavelength operation

摘要
A novel configuration for dual wavelength operation of Er-doped fibre lasers is proposed. Simultaneous operation at two wavelengths has been experimentally demonstrated in the fibre lasers with both ring and standing wave cavities using fibre raring. Separate tunability of each wavelength is obtained by straining the fibre grating.
