An improved method for the synthesis of N3'->P5' phosphoramidate oligonucleotides

摘要
A new method for the synthesis of N3'-->P5' phosphoramidate oligonucleotides is demonstrated. This phosphoramidite amine-exchange method generates cycle yields in the 92-95% range, and provides overall yields that are 3-6 times higher than the previously published oxidative phosphorylation method.
