摘要
Local antiferroelectric order of lattice distortion caused by an ionic size difference has been discovered in relaxer lead scandium niobate, Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O-3, using an x-ray diffuse scattering technique. This ordering nature is thought to produce a glassy motion of ions in response to an applied electric field. [S0031-9007(99)09046-8].
