摘要
Near- and mid-infrared spectra Of Uranyl selenite mineral haynesite(UO2)(3)(SeO3)(2)(OH)(2)center dot 5H(2)O, were studied and assigned. Observed bands were assigned to the stretching vibrations of uranyl and selenite units, stretching, bending and libration modes of water molecules and hydroxyl ions, and 6 U-OH bending vibrations. U-O bond lengths in uranyl and hydrogen bond lengths O-H center dot center dot center dot O were inferred from the spectra. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
