摘要
The theory of phase locking of a diode laser array of anti-guides by injection of a master oscillator signal is developed on the basis of a transfer matrix method. For the near-threshold and low injected signal conditions the Green function for the array is obtained. The dependence of output array radiation on injected beam parameters such as injected beam location and detuning from the eigenmode frequency is studied. It is shown that the spectral characteristics are stable for resonance. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
