摘要
Reduce, reuse, recycle: A new methodology allows the synthesis of ordered mesoporous materials in water at room temperature, eliminating the need for organic solvents and reducing the amount of energy consumed. It relies on the reversible formation of micelles of water-soluble block copolymers as structure-directing agents (see picture). After recovery of the mesoporous material, the reaction solution can be used again. (Figure Presented) © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
