摘要
The structure of cationic amylopectin has been investigated by means of the electrokinetic sonic amplitude (ESA) technique. The obtained mobility data have been evaluated with model calculations. Static light-scattering data are also presented and compared with model calculations. It was found that cationic amylopectin has a heterogenous structure. The mobility data could roughly be modelled with a soft sphere. The light-scattering data are an intermediate between a linear chain and a homogenously branched polymer.
