摘要
A new method for the determination of charge mobility in organic photoconductive, visible-sensitized, material is proposed. Charges are generated in the bulk of the sample with a CW laser and we demonstrate that analysis of the photocurrent leads to a value for the charge mobility. Measured mobilities in the well-known PVK/TNF (sensitized by a charge-transfer complex) are in very good agreement with those previously published, using the usual time-of-flight technique. The mobility variation with electric field and temperature is presented and discussed.
