摘要
Arrays of Fe1-xNix (0 < x less than or equal to 0.32) alloy nanowire have been fabricated by electrochemical deposition of metals into porous aluminium oxide membranes. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and Mossbauer spectroscopy were employed to characterize the structure, morphology and micro-magnetic properties of the alloy nanowire, respectively. A highly ordered magnetic moment orientation was found along the wire, accompanied by a (110) crystal texture in this direction. A simple calculating result shows that this is due to the competition between magnetocrystalline anisotropy and shape anisotropy. The obtained linewidths of the Mossbauer spectra indicate that the Ni atoms in the nanowire alloy are distributed randomly.
