摘要
A high precision temperature measuring system with uncertainties below 1 mK is described. An AC-bridge (including a Pt-25 sensor and a reference resistor) is used to determine the temperature of a reference copper block. The small temperature difference between the copper block and the sample under test is measured by thermocouples. The electronic system, the design of sensors, and the calibration of the entire measuring system is illustrated at the example of a temperature measuring system used for gauge block measurements.
