摘要
The confining pressure and axial pressure effects on the time-dependent stress-strain behavior of salt rock are analyzed quantitatively based on a number of uniaxial and triaxial creep test results in this paper. An exponential function is suggested to model the creep strain from transient to steady-state and found fitting well the creep strain. The strain (or time) hardening effects are analyzed in detail. Calculated values using the proposed functions are compared with experimental results. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
