摘要：

A 5-month-old girl with possible dilated cardiomyopathy was examined using myocardial perfusion scintigraphy and Tc-99m tetrofosmin at rest. The planar image showed an unexpected abnormal uptake with a harness-shaped distribution over the upper anterior and lateral thorax. On SPECT images, the area of abnormal tracer uptake was thought to correspond to the anatomic position of the serratus anterior muscle. The patient did not have any pulmonary, pleural, or soft tissue abnormalities that were clinically or radiographically detectable.
