Magnetization measurements of Ni(OH)2 monolayer nanoclusters

摘要
The magnetizations M of Ni(OH)(2) monolayer nanoclusters (Ni-MNC) were measured by SQUID magnetometer at temperatures of 5, 10, and 15 K applying magnetic fields between - 50 and + 50 kOe. Hysteretic M-H loop was clearly observed only at 5 K, which suggests a ferromagnetic ordering of NI-MNC below Te - 10 K. The M-data at 10 and 15 K were compared with the calculated results of super-paramagnetism. Two dimensional (2d) Ising ferromagnetic theory was newly applied to real matter of Ni-MNC.
