A comparison of the high field quantum oscillations observed by electrodynamic and DC transport techniques in the organic superconductor alpha-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu(NCS)(2)

摘要
Using a millimeter-wave vector network analyzer, we measure the complex electrodynamic response of a single crystal of kappa-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu(NCS)(2) in magnetic fields of up to 30 T. Quantum oscillations are clearly observed by this technique and are compared with Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations seen in transport measurements.
