摘要
Optical microphone technology is reviewed. A classification scheme is introduced which utilizes the transduction mechanism as the primary sorting criterion. The principles of operation and characteristics of various device types are described. A discussion of performance criteria follows, with an emphasis on sensitivity. Crown Copyright (C) 1997.
