摘要
Amine-boranes such as pyridine-borane are suitable precursors for the synthesis of boron carbide nitride. In addition, these precursors can be used for the preparation of monolithic boron carbide nitride samples. This article discusses the investigation of the electrical properties of these monoliths obtained by the thermal decomposition of compacted pyridine-borane-derived polymers.
