Real-time edge enhancement of femtosecond time-domain images by use of photorefractive quantum wells

摘要
Dynamic holograms written in a photorefractive multiple quantum well placed inside a Fourier femtosecond pulse shaper convert a space-domain image into the time domain. We demonstrate that edge-enhancement processing of the time-domain image can be performed by; controlling hologram-writing intensities. (C) 1997 Optical Society of America.
