摘要
The dielectric behaviour of ferroelectric hydrogen-bonded deuterated betaine phosphite crystals is investigated in the frequency range up to 4 GHz. The dielectric dynamics of Debye type shows a critical slowing-down of the polarization fluctuations. The frequency of the relaxational soft mode in the para-electric phase varies according to v(s) = 0.2(T - 295.8) GHz and decreases to 0.55 GHz at T-C = 298 K.
