(Figure Presented) Promoting diversity: Polymer-induced heteronucleation provides kinetic access to three new metal-organic frameworks derived from dicarboxylic acid linkers (see structures). This method is useful as a general approach for discovering extended solids with new topologies that are inaccessible by traditional methods. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
