Synthesis of rectangular tubes of polyaniline/NiO composites

摘要
The synthesis of rectangular tubes of PANI/NiO composites through a self-assembly process in the presence of SDBS was investigated. In the experiment aniline monomer was distilled under reduced pressure. This aniline and SDBS were dispersed in 15 mL of deionized water with magnetic stirring at room temperature for 1 h and then with ultrasonication for 0.5 h to obtain a uniform solution. The morphology of the PANI nanorods and PANI/NiO rectangular tubes examined with an XL-30E scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results of FTIR spectra and XRD confirm that the synthesis of PANI/NiO rectangular tubes are crystalline and have good thermal stability and satisfactory conductivity.
