摘要
A study was conducted to develop a model for the relationship between technology acceptance model (TAM) and the usability of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) documentation. The ERP is considered as a complex, problematic, and difficult for users to learn. Industry need to provide documentation of the transformed processes to help end-users to better understand the changes. The usability of documentation can affects the effectiveness of training and ERP investment. A documentation need to have step-by-step instructions and better explanation of the process involved in the ERP software. An online documentation can provide the latest content and better representation with hypertext and color. ERP documentation is useful for providing instructions for completing specified tasks.
