摘要
The voltammetric behavior of living cells S. cervisiae in a simple voltammetric sensing system with a graphite electrode was studied. We found that the relationship between the peak current and the growth time during the entire fermentation of the cells S. cervisiae was very similar to the growth curve of the cells and the viability of the living cells can be characterized by the peak current, which may be very useful in the study of the growth. In addition, the low reaction impedance of the living cells in low temperature was observed and the mechanism of the electrochemical voltammetric behavior of living cells is discussed.
