摘要
As-deposited and annealed FePt thin films have been studied. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed a phase transition from gamma-FCC to gamma(1)-FCT due to annealing, Magnetic measurements revealed excellent magnetic hardening and exchange spring interaction in the annealed films. The large difference observed in Hall effect measurement on the as-deposited and annealed samples can also be assigned to this exchange spring interaction. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
