摘要
Investigations for the gold base alloy Stabilor G and an Al-Bronze were performed. Reachable flowlengths in dependence of melting and solidification temperature of the alloy, preheating temperature of the mold and geometry of the cast fibers were observed. Modification and variation of the investment led to a decrease in surface roughness from Ra=1.13 μm to Ra=0.27 μm for cast parts made of Stabilor G. An increase in the preheating temperature of the mold from 100 to 1000°C resulted in a coarsening of grain size from about 30 μm to about 100 μm for Stabilor G and about 170 μm for Al-Bronze due to different cooling rates of the melt. In addition, the influence of the preheating temperature of the mold on the temperature distribution in a cast stick made of Stabilor G was investigated. Examples of cast parts and miniaturized specimens for mechanical testing were considered.
