Integral equations for polymers in quenched random media

摘要
The correlation functions in the n+1 component mixture were described by using the polymer reference interaction site model (PRISM) theory. The set of PRISM equations for a multicomponent system was presented. The set of coupled integral equations were solved for the correlation functions, when supplemented with appropriate closures approximations. Results showed that the hypernetted chain (HNC) closure was most accurate of the closure tested for hard sphere fluids in a medium of quenched hard spheres.
