摘要
A purified, thermostable chitinase from Bacillus sp. BG-11 retained 90% of its activity in the presence of fungicides such as Aromex, Captafol, Captan, Chlorothalonil, Dinocap, Metalaxyl, sulphur, Triadimefon, and insecticides such as Acephate, Chloropyriphos, Cypermethrin, Diclovorus, Dimethoate, Methomyl, Malathion, Methylparathion and Monocrotophos at a concentration of 100 mu g active ingredient per ml of enzyme solution. Allosamidin inhibited the chitinase with IC50 value of 48 mu M.
