Strength, balance and gait before and after kidney transplantation

摘要
The differences and relationships between pre- and post-transplant measures in the functional activities of a patient with renal disease were examined. Transplantation increased maximal exercise capacity and had favorable effects on other aspect of physical performances. Regardless of the nature and extent of the effects of transplantation on physical performance, the receipt of the organ did not alter the overall performance standing of the patient.
