摘要
The different parameters which are able to modify a chemical heat pump performance when carbon fibers are used as additive have been studied. The compression study gave an optimal point corresponding to the best kinetic result. In addition it was shown that the best kinetic results are also obtained when fibers are put radially into the cylindrical reactor. The heat exchange coefficient was measured: h = 110 W m(-2) K-1. This high value has been obtained because of the good contact between reagent bed and reactor wall, due to the presence of carbon fibers. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
