摘要
Organic electroluminescent diodes containing tetra-tert-butylphthalocyanine, tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyaninatocopper(II) were prepared by the vacuum deposition method. The current-voltage (I-U) characteristics and the electroluminescence (EL) spectra were measured. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
