摘要：

To date, sildenafil has been reported to reverse antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction (Rosenberg, 1999; Schaller ge Behar, 1999). To the author's knowledge the case immediately following is the first report of sildenafil's being used to successfully reverse antipsychotic-induced sexual dysfunction. The second case is the first report of sildenafil's being combined with behavioral therapy for erectile dysfunction.
