摘要
A novel mechanism has been proposed by which diverse inflammatory mediators might regulate thermally- or chemically-evoked pain. The constitutive repression of vanilloid receptor activity by phospholipid binding and its reversal by phospholipase C activation could explain how bradykinin, nerve growth factor and other agents augment pain sensation in the context of tissue injury.
