Structural conformation of biomolecules released from temperature-sensitive composite polymer particles - a study by circular dichroism

摘要
A conformational study of the biomolecules released from submicron- and micron-sized temperature-sensitive composite polymer particles by decreasing the temperature from 40 to 25 degreesC was done with circular dichroism and the results were compared with those of the native biomolecules. In almost all cases the biomolecules released retained their native conformational states.
