摘要
We report preparation and use of carboxymethyl-beta -cyclodextrin-coated zirconia as a chiral stationary phase (CSP) for separation of enantiomers of 2,4-dinitrophenyl (DNP) amino acids in reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The CSP showed good enantioselectivity for some of the amino acids studied. Effects of pH and amount of methanol in mobile phases on retention and enantioselectivity for the analytes were examined.
