摘要
The formation of an extended ordered layer of monodisperse Fe66Pt34 nanoparticles on a 5 cm diameter silicon wafer is accessible through a two-step spin-coating process. An exchange process in the organic shell of the FePt nanoparticles allows to regulate the distance between the nanoparticles in ordered layers. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
