摘要
Starting from the precursors containing active metal species in the crystal structure, highly dispersed supported metal catalysts have been prepared by the calcination-reduction treatment. This method is named as "solid phase crystallization (spc)" method and was compared with the conventional impregnation (imp) method. As the precursors, both perovskite-type and hydrotalcite-type oxides have been utilized for preparing various supported metal catalysts, which were successfully applied for the reforming of CH4 and the decomposition of methanol. Especially spc-Ni/Mg-Al catalyst prepared from the hydrotalcite-type precursors showed high activity as well as high sustainability for the hydrogen production from methane.
