摘要
The design, manufacture and packaging of a miniature implantable wireless neural recording device is described. The device amplifies, frequency modulates, and transmits neural signals ranging from 5 muV to 1.5 mV, to a receiver located outside the environment of the animal tested. This neural transceiver allows for the unprecedented examination of the role the natural environment plays in epilepsy and other high-level neuroscience phenomena.
