Anomalous exciton transport in Cu2O: Excitonic superfluidity or phonon-wind effect?

摘要
Two models (phonon-wind driven exciton cloud and superfluid excitonic transport) interpreting the onset of anomalous transport of excitons in Cu2O are confronted with new pump/probe experimental results. Results are compatible with the superfluid interpretation but not with the phonon-wind effect. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
