摘要
In the past year, two regulatory defense-related genes, EDS1I and COl1, have been cloned. Several other genes with regulatory functions have been identified by mutation, including DND1, PAD4, CPR6, and SSI1. It has become clear that jasmonate signaling plays an important role in defense response signaling, and that the jasmonate and salicylic acid signaling pathways are interconnected.
