In summary, five patients who underwent surgical correction of postliposuction contour irregularities have been followed from 5 years to 13 years and 4 months. The technique consists of corrective liposuction and simultaneous fat grafting. The beneficial results of the procedure, which have been previously reported, continue to be observed during the subsequent follow-up period.
