摘要
The article presents guideline for building information modeling in construction engineering and management education. The use of building information modeling (BIM) has exploded in the construction industry over the last five years. With this growth has emerged a realization that BIM may affect every course taught in construction engineering and management (CEM). Although BIM is becoming pervasive in the industry, it seems that on the whole, BIM adoption in construction education lags behind industry adoption. The main objective of this research is to identify the best approach to incorporating BIM in curriculum, thereby supporting and encouraging the integration of BIM into CEM curriculum more broadly. Building information modeling is an important technology used in the construction industry and has been gaining substantial momentum in the construction industry for the last 5 years.
