HPLC coupled with fluorescence detection for the determination of procyanidins in white wines

摘要
In this study a high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of procyanidin dimers Fl, B2, B3, B4 and procyanidin trimers Cl and T2 in white wine using fluorescence detection. This method allowed analysis of white wine with no prior 1 treatment. Limits of quantification were from 12 mu g.L-1 to 16 mu g.L-1. Reproducibility data for replicate analysis was measured and the CV was less than 4.5 %. This method was used for the determination of these compounds in six French white wines.
