摘要
Fcgamma receptors mediate a variety of immune responses to IgG-containing complexes. Virtually all of these responses appear to be regulated by phosphoinositides, in particular phosphatidylinositol (4,5)P-2 and phosphatidylinositol ( 3,4,5)P-3. Possible downstream effectors of phosphoinositides involved in multiple FcgammaR-mediated events are discussed, as are elements of the signaling pathways that may couple Fcgamma receptors to the enzymes of phosphoinositide metabolism.
